Nora Trotman, Candidate for State Senate (District 37)
Nora Trotman earned dual B.A. degrees in political science and communications in 2015 and subsequently moved to South End, Charlotte. During her collegiate career, she earned the Deborah L. Ford Emerging Leader Award and the Linda O. Dye Award for significant contributions, sustained leadership, and service to her community. Continuing that same public service in North Carolina, she joined the Junior League of Charlotte. She also currently serves on the Board of Advisers to UNCC's chapter of Alpha Chi Omega.
