NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING ON OCTOBER 20, 2026

Dear Members of the Executive Committee,
Per the Plan of Organization, this serves as official notice that an Executive Committee meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 20th at the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Government Center, located at 600 East 4th Street, Charlotte, NC 28202, in Room 267. Sign-in will begin at 6:00 p.m., and the meeting will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. Please plan to park in the Davidson Street parking garage, which is located directly across from the Government Center.
The agenda for the evening will include:
· Vote to replace previous Chair Kyle Kirby, who has recently resigned to accept a position with the Trump Administration in Tennessee. A new chair will finish out current term.
· Approval of new Board of Elections liaison, Dr. Art McCulloch
· Board member appointments to fill current vacancies on the Executive Board
Guests are welcome to attend; however, only members of the Executive Committee will be permitted to vote on the matters described above.
It is vitally important that we achieve quorum to conduct business and approve these agenda items.
