Jason M. Sneed, Esq. founded in 2011 and manages SNEED PLLC, a boutique intellectual property law firm in Davidson, North Carolina that serves clients from North Carolina and worldwide in the protection of their copyright and trademark rights. Jason received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1997 and his B.A. in political science from Texas Christian University in 1993. He is licensed to practice law in North Carolina, Kansas and Missouri. He has been a lifelong Republican, having worked on the staff of the U.S. Senate Commerce Committee during 1992-1994 for U.S. Senator Jack Danforth, served as Chairman of the Charlotte Lawyers Division of the Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy for five years during the 2000s, and volunteered as a Republican poll observer during several Presidential election cycles. Jason continues to serve on the Steering Committee for the local Federalist Society chapter and is active in the International Trademark Association and in F3 – Lake Norman.
