Megan E. Sneed, Esq. practices trademark and copyright law and litigation at SNEED PLLC, a boutique intellectual property firm headquartered in Davidson, North Carolina. She is licensed to practice law in North Carolina.  A Western New York native, she obtained her J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law in 2008, and received a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communications from St. Bonaventure University in 2005. She has served in a variety of legal and communications roles throughout her career, including as a journalist for her hometown newspaper and numerous special interest publications, a paralegal for a Charlotte-based international bank, an attorney and paralegal for a Houston, Texas patent and trademark firm, and as Director of Communications for New York Republican State Senator Catharine Young. Megan serves as board member with the Carolina Patent Trademark Copyright Law Association (CPTCLA) and is an active member with the International Trademark Association, the Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy and Girls on the Run International – Charlotte. In her free time, Megan enjoys hiking, running, traveling, cooking and baking.
