Vivian Weinberg relocated to Charlotte in 2001 after living in Greensboro for 15 years. A native of Rock Hill, SC (20 miles south of Charlotte), Vivian is the only daughter of 5 children born to the late William H. and Henrietta Massey, a well-known general contractor and educator of 40 years in the Rock Hill area.

She currently serves on the boards of the NC Black Conservative Voices coalition and Mecklenburg Black Republican Club, is a technology blog contributor on several platforms and actively supports Republican clubs and candidates throughout the county and state. She previously served twice as Assistant State Director for the NC Chapter of Blexit Foundation. Other public service initiatives include Clean Up, Community Development & Reinvestment in underserved minority communities throughout Mecklenburg and York counties.

Vivian has over twenty years’ experience in Software Development performing business systems analysis, design, and project management. She has managed international teams and has a successful track record of delivering key business initiatives across the FinTech, Telecommunications, Insurance, and Manufacturing industries. She is passionate about learning, developing leaders and educating others about opportunities in technology. She earned a B.S. in Computer Engineering from NC A & T State University and holds Business Analyst, Six Sigma and Agile Professional certifications.
