Morgan Squatriglia, a life-long conservative, grew up in Huntersville, North Carolina. She graduated from East Carolina University with a Business Management degree and returned to Charlotte as a management consultant. As a Senior Manager with NTT DATA Services, and certified Change Management Practitioner, Morgan has built global programs and managed consulting teams to success for Financial Services clients.
Morgan is the Director of Outreach & Partnerships for BLEXIT NC where she works closely with conservative organizations and activists to promote free thinking across the state. She has operationalized the organization through playbook and procedural development, data collection and organization, and maintaining focus on strategy implementation against defined metrics. Morgan oversees Member Relations and Media to promote communication with current (300+) and potential members through creative channels, implementing targeted regional activity and connection, and educating North Carolinians on political values and policies across the board.
She is committed to the well-being and prosperity of the Charlotte community. As a member of the Junior League of Charlotte, Inc. (JLC) Morgan has served in various leadership roles, most recently helping children in high priority areas obtain their required vaccinations and dental care. Morgan volunteers as Young Professionals Events Lead with Safe Alliance where she can spread domestic violence awareness and share her story to help victims. She is a member of Charlotte Mecklenburg Republican Women and the Uptown Charlotte Republican Women.
